Introduction:- In this artical, you will learn How to make Smartphone Bluetooth Control Car. We will use Arduino, Hc05 and other components.

Working:- When arduino is interfaced with Bluetooth module Hc05, the Hc05 starts working.

Then it is connected to a app 'Bluetooth spp pro', from where we can run our rc car.

Step by step construction:- 




1) Screw motors in chessy.





2) Solder wires in motors. Learn to solder from this video:-https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=QkDuxEu43no 



3) Fuse wires of both motors to each other. To check if you have done wiring correctly so that motors can rotate in same direction:- 




  a) Take one wire of first motor and one wire of second motor of same side, fuse them and attach it to + (positive) terminal of battery.



  b) Take another wire of first motor and another wire of second motor of same side, fuse them and attach it to - (negative) terminal of battery.


 c) If both motors rotates in the same direction, then wiring is done in a proper way, otherwise change the just interchange the combination of wires.



4) Now place motor driver in chessy with the help of double sided tap.




5th step is for those who dont know how to plug wires of motors in motor driver.






5) Full proper way to interface motors to motor driver:- 










a) Now take proper combination of wires of motors as mentioned in step 3. As there are 2 motors in one side, take one set of wires (one wire of first motor and another wire of second motor of same side), and plug it in 1 MA of motor driver.



b) Take another set of wires ( another wire of first motor and another wire of second motor of same side) and plug it to 2MA of motor driver.



c) Repeat same steps for another side of motors and plug them to 1MB and 2MB.

7) Place arduino in chessy.




Now wiring of motor driver, arduino with bread  board.

Motor driver's vcc, Hc05 module's 5v, EN-A and EN-B of motor driver should be given 5v of arduino. Here below is the step by step guide to do this.




8) Take four male to female jumper wire, interface motor drivers A1, A2, B1, B2 to arduino's 2,3,4,5 respectively. ( If any computational problems occurs we can change it later).



9) Now take one male to male jumper wire, connect its one end to 5v of arduino and its other end to breadboard.


10) Now take one male to female jumper wire, connect its one end to vcc of motor driver and its other end to breadboard's same column in which the jumper wire of 5v of arduino is connected ( at step 9).



11) Now take 2 male to female jumper wires, connect one of their end to EN-A and EN-B of motor driver to breadboard's same column in which the jumper wire of 5v of arduino is connected ( at step 9).



12) Place Hc05 module.



13) Now take 1 male to female jumper wire, connect one end to 5v of Hc05 module and another end to breadboard's same column in which the jumper wire of 5v of arduino is connected ( at step 9).






14) Place Hc05 in chessy.







  













15) Now take one male to female jumper wire and connect Ground of Hc05 to Ground of arduino.





16) Now take one male to female jumper wire and connect Ground of  motor driver to ground of arduino.


17) Before connecting Rx and Tx of Hc05, we need to upload the code.



18) Upload the code. Get the code from here:- http://www.mediafire.com/file/92hyd82shag07gc/bt_car.rar



19) Connect Rx and Tx of Hc05 to Tx and Rx of Arduino respectively.







20) Connect a 9v battery connector to motor driver.




21) Connect Battery.


22) Download the app 'Bluetooth spp pro'.




23) Configure setting.



24) Enjoy....
